Check consumption and costs
Monitor data consumption, minutes, extra-tariff consumption and paid bills and standing orders in real time. In the application, you can always check the balance of your account, react in time and top up the voucher or change the tariff.
Pay bills quickly and easily
Pay bills quickly and easily with a credit or debit card with no fees. An archive of all your paid and unpaid bills is located in the Payment category so you can track your monthly expenses over a longer period of time. If you want to pay the bill by other means, download it in PDF format with information and a barcode.
Take advantage of discounts and benefits
We regularly prepare various surprises for all users of the Moj Telekom application in the form of special discounts and benefits such as unlimited free internet or discounts from our partners.
Better to buy a new device
Enable notifications from the app and we'll let you know about all our discounts and benefits. That way, you won't miss out on buying a new device at a lower price, finding out a recommendation for a new tariff or getting information about the benefits that we bring in cooperation with our partners.
Simply change the tariff
New mobile tariffs, in addition to more gigabytes, minutes and messages, brought another big news: there is no longer a mandatory duration of the contractual obligation! Now it's easy to change the tariff once a month - in just a few clicks.
Top up a voucher or buy an option
Top up the voucher on your number or for any other voucher number, and you can pay by card or through a monthly bill. Simply repeat the top-up via the list of frequent recipients. Only in the application you get 20x more MB with every top-up with a voucher card.
Manage your home Wi-Fi network
Change the name of your home Wi-Fi network, determine which devices have access to the network, pause the Internet for the whole household or limit its use. You don't have to be at home to manage your home network, manage through the app.
Chat with customer service
We are always available. If there are no live agents available, an always available chatbot will answer the chat - it knows all the data about your consumption and readily answers the other most common queries.

From now on, you can use My Telekom mobile app and pay for invoices you receive via mail! Simply select all the accounts you want to pay and continue with the payment process. Choose "Submit comment" in your app settings and suggest a new idea, report a problem in your work, or simply write a comment on using My Telekom applications. We will use comments and suggestions to improve the app.
